Harpeth Capital Advises on Financing of City Winery Nashville
Harpeth Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that it served as financial advisor to New York City-based City Winery, LLC in connection with the financing of City Winery Nashville. Senior debt financing was provided by Pinnacle Bank with additional investment from individual investors, Harpeth Ventures and City Winery.
With locations in New York City, Chicago and Napa (opening April 2014), City Winery is a preeminent venue combining food, wine, music and entertainment. From public performances to private concerts, a few of the many artists who have performed on City Winery’s stages include Prince, Neil Young, Jerry Seinfeld, Sinead O’Connor and Jackson Browne. In addition to live music, the venues feature premium settings for corporate events and dinners, receptions, wine-trade gatherings and tastings, among other functions.
