  • Served as financial advisor to the Board of Directors of SCB Computer Technology, Inc. (formerly, OTCBB: SCBI), a provider of IT consulting and staffing services to government and commercial clients, and rendered a fairness opinion in connection with the $95 million sale of the company to CIBER, Inc. (NYSE: CBR).
  • Served as financial advisor to the Board of Directors of CORT Business Services (formerly, NYSE: CBZ), a leading national provider of rental furniture, accessories and related services, and rendered a fairness opinion in connection with the $470 million sale of the company to Wesco Financial Corporation (AMEX: WSC), an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc.
  • Served as financial advisor to the Board of Directors of Kitty Hawk, Inc. (AMEX: KHK), a leading provider of freight and logistics services to the freight forwarding industry, on the implementation of a shareholder rights plan.
  • Served as financial advisor to Service Resources, Inc. (now Prenova, Inc.), a facilities management and business process outsourcing company, in connection with the private placement of $3 million of equity.
  • Served as financial advisor to HMI Marketing, Inc., a provider of practice building products for office-based eyecare and dental professionals, in connection with the sale of its catalog division to Medical Arts Press, Inc., a portfolio company of Chase Capital Partners and Patricof & Co.
