• Served as financial advisor to McMinnville Manufacturing Company, a wood flooring manufacturer, in connection with its sale to Columbia Flooring, Inc.
• Served as financial advisor to Liberty Fibers Corporation (f/k/a Lenzing Fibers), a manufacturer of fibers, in connection with (i) a chapter 11 reorganization, (ii) a $10 million DIP financing, and (iii) a ?363 sale to management.
• Served as financial advisor to Homes of Merit, a builder of manufactured and modular homes, in connection with the sale of the company.
• Served as financial advisor to ShoLodge, Inc. (formerly, Nasdaq: LODG), a construction company to the lodging industry and franchisor of lodging concepts, in connection with the restructuring of $54 million of publicly-traded debt via a tender offer and consent solicitation.
• Served as financial advisor in connection with a strategic alternatives review of Cullum, Inc., a manufacturer of continuous process corrugation forming equipment.
