Sam W. Bartholomew, was a Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Adams & Reese / Stokes Bartholomew, a regional law firm throughout the mid-south. He has served on numerous Boards of public and private companies and philanthropic institutions. He was a Presidential appointee to the Board of Directors of Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae). He is Harpeth Capital's Advisory Board Chairman.

Jim W. Bradford is Dean of Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and former President and CEO for AFG Industries, Inc., North America's largest vertically-integrated glass manufacturing and fabrication company. He is also former President and CEO of United Glass Corporation, a consolidation of domestic glass fabricators in the United States and Canada.

Marty G. Dickens served as President-Tennessee of BellSouth Corporation from 1999 to 2007. He began his career with BellSouth in 1969, later becoming Executive Vice President of BellSouth International, responsible for overseeing foreign operations. He is active in the community, including serving as Chairman of the Nashville Visitors and Convention Bureau and past Chairman of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Winfield Dunn is former Governor of the State of Tennessee. After serving as Governor, he joined the Board and executive management of Hospital Corporation of America. He has been a member of numerous Boards and Presidential Commissions, and was three times named Tennessee's Man of the Year. He was a dentist in clinical practice prior to becoming Governor.

As the voice of small business, he has been was a nationally recognized spokesperson with regular appearances in leading news outlets. Mr. Faris was a recent appointee to President Bush's President's Export Council.

Dr. Harry R. Jacobson is the former Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs at Vanderbilt University, where he functioned as the Chief Executive Officer of Vanderbilt Medical Center, which included the Schools of Medicine and Nursing, four hospitals, and a large faculty physician practice. These collectively have revenues of approximately $2 billion annually. He has been active in helping to co-found various private health care companies, including Renal Care Group which sold to Fresenius Medical Holdings, Inc. for $3.5 billion.

Gaylon M. Lawrence, Jr. is the Vice Chairman of Tennessee Bank & Trust. He has been involved in banking on a variety of levels since 1984. In 2003, Gaylon and his family moved to Tennessee to start Tennessee Bank & Trust. Mr. Lawrence also maintains interests in the family?s Mississippi and Missouri agricultural operations.

Jackson (Jack) W. Moore is the retired Chairman, President and CEO of Regions Financial Corporation, the parent company of Regions Bank, Morgan Keegan, Inc. and Regions Mortgage Company. Mr. Moore had served as Chairman, President and CEO of Union Planters Corporation, prior to its merger with RF. Jack serves on the Board of Trustees of Vanderbilt University and Youth Programs, Inc., is a past chairman of the National Board of Vanderbilt Law School, and is a member of the President's Cabinet at the University of Alabama.

Prior to his involvement with CYH, Mr. Ragsdale served as Chairman of GreatNorthern Health Management Ltd., a London based British hospital management company.

Tennessee Tomorrow is a public, private and academic partnership focused on the climate for sustainable development in Tennessee. Mr. Yowell was a banker for 30 years and served as President and CEO for nineteen years at Dominion Banks in Richmond and Nashville.
