Mr. Byrge has more than 20 years of experience with capital raising and M&A transactions for middle market companies.

Most recently, Mr. Byrge was the Managing Partner of West End Capital Partners, a boutique investment banking firm that he founded. Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at FTN Financial Securities, a subsidiary of First Tennessee Bank. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Co-Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at SunTrust Equitable Securities (now SunTrust Robinson Humphrey), where he was responsible for directing a wide variety of assignments for both public and private companies. Mr. Byrge has also served as a senior member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Morgan Keegan & Co. and a Vice President at NationsBanc Capital Markets in Dallas, Texas where he co-directed the M&A practice for the Western U.S.

Mr. Byrge received a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a big four accounting firm.

Adam A. Landa

Mr. Landa has over 13 years of experience in investment banking, accounting and corporate finance.

Most recently, Mr. Landa was a Partner at West End Capital Partners, a boutique investment banking firm. Previously, Mr. Landa was a Vice President in the investment banking group at FTN Financial Securities, the investment banking arm of First Tennessee Bank (NYSE:FHN). Prior to FTN Financial, Mr. Landa was an Associate with SunTrust Equitable Securities (now SunTrust Robinson Humphrey). During his investment banking career, Mr. Landa has worked on a variety of M&A assignments for both public and private companies as well as investor groups and management teams, in addition to several capital raising assignments. Prior to joining SunTrust Equitable, Mr. Landa was a Senior Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department for ClinTrials Research, a publicly-traded clinical research company. Before joining ClinTrials, Mr. Landa was a former certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen, with a variety of public, private and non-profit companies as clients.

Mr. Landa received a BBA in Accounting from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University and is a former Certified Public Accountant (formerly licensed in Georgia).

Mr. Galyon has more than eight years of middle market capital raising and transactional experience, with 10+ years of healthcare industry focus. Prior to joining Harpeth Capital, Mr. Galyon was a member of the Specialty Lending Group at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, where he focused on senior debt, mezzanine, uni-tranche and preferred equity opportunities for management teams and private equity sponsors. Prior to that, he was a Vice President and Healthcare Relationship Manager with First Tennessee Bank in Nashville, TN. Mr. Galyon also worked with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta and Nashville as a member of their healthcare corporate and investment banking groups.

Mr. Galyon holds a BS in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Chris Decker

Mr. Decker joined Harpeth Capital in 2008 from Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:GFSI) where he served as a Vice President of Sales and Operations in the commercial lending group. Prior to joining Goldleaf, Mr. Decker was an Associate in the capital markets and corporate banking groups at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, serving both public and private companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Mr. Decker held various accounting and corporate finance positions with The Dana Corporation (NYSE:DAN) and International Paper Company (NYSE:IP).

Mr. Decker holds a BS in Finance and Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Brian Alldredge

Mr. Alldredge joined Harpeth Capital in 2006 and focuses on financial operations, compliance, transactions and business development. Mr. Alldredge has experience in investment banking and private equity working on early, mid and late stage capital raises, mergers & acquisitions, and financial advisory. Previously, Mr. Alldredge was an Associate at FTN Financial Securities, the investment banking arm of First Tennessee Bank.

Mr. Alldredge earned an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University where he specialized in accounting and finance. During business school he held positions with Avondale Partners, LLC, Nashville Capital Network and Tennessee Treasury Department. Mr. Alldredge received a BBA in Management from Harding University.

Grant Jarnigan

Mr. Jarnigan joined Harpeth Capital in January of 2007. Prior to joining Harpeth Capital, Mr. Jarnigan was a Senior Financial Analyst for Gaylord Entertainment's ResortQuest business unit, where he focused on strategic planning and corporate finance.

Mr. Jarnigan holds a BS in Finance from Western Kentucky University.
