Harpeth Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that it served as financial advisor to Carter-Haston Holdings, LLC in connection with a first closing of Carter-Haston Investment Partners II, L.P. Harpeth Capital will continue working in this capacity through a final close, and acceptance of additional subscription agreements will continue through June 2012. Placement is made only by and pursuant to a Private Placement Memorandum.
Carter-Haston Investment Partners II, L.P. is a Tennessee limited partnership organized to invest primarily in existing Class A, B and C apartment communities located in the Southeast, Southwest and Midwest United States currently under distressed ownership or presenting unique upside opportunities.
