Mr. Byrge directs Harpeth Capital’s principal investing, venture capital and fund placement business. He has over 30 years of experience with investing, capital raising and advising on M&A transactions for middle market companies.
Prior to joining Harpeth Capital, he was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at FTN Financial Securities, where he was involved in opening and directing the New York and Nashville offices. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at SunTrust Equitable Securities (now Truist Securities), where he directed a wide variety of assignments for both public and private companies. Earlier in his career, Chuck was a senior member of the M & A Department at Morgan Keegan & Co. and Vice President at NationsBanc Capital Markets in Dallas where he co-directed the M&A practice for the Southwestern U.S. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a former Certified Public Accountant with Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young.
Chuck received a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He has served on the Alumni Board of Directors and is currently a member of the Emeritus Board for Owen Graduate School of Management.
Chuck serves on the Board of CaringWays, Polaris Health, HomeFirst Home Healthcare, First Honey and the Nashville Health Care Council’s Fellows Alumni Board. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for Mainsail Group. Previously he served on the Board of the Nashville Healthcare Council and is an alumni of their Fellows program. He is also a former Board member of the Boy Scouts of America Middle Tennessee Council and the Nashville Sports Council.

Mr. Landa has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, accounting and corporate finance.
Mr. Landa joined Harpeth Capital from FTN Financial Securities, the investment banking arm of First Tennessee Bank (NYSE:FHN), where he was a Vice President in the investment banking group. Prior to FTN Financial, he was an Associate with SunTrust Equitable Securities (now Truist Securities). During his investment banking career, Mr. Landa has worked on a variety of M&A assignments for both public and private companies as well as investor groups and management teams, in addition to a range of debt financing and capital raising assignments. Prior to joining SunTrust Equitable, he was a Senior Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department for ClinTrials Research, a publicly-traded clinical research company. Mr. Landa began his career at Arthur Andersen, with a variety of public, private and non-profit companies as clients.
Mr. Landa received a BBA in Accounting from Emory University (Goizueta Business School) and is a former Certified Public Accountant (formerly licensed in Georgia). He holds the Series 7 and 63 registrations.

Mr. Gaines has over 30 years of global institutional marketing and fundraising experience.
Prior to joining Harpeth Fund Advisors, Mr. Gaines founded Orrington Advisors, a boutique advisor to private equity funds. Previously, he was a senior partner at BerchWood Partners, LLC and Managing Director and Global Head of Distribution for the Private Equity Fund Group at Citigroup. Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Gaines was a Managing Director for two institutional investment management firms, Heitman Capital Management Corporation and JMB Institutional Realty Corporation. He began his career as an attorney specializing in U.S. securities, tax and corporate law.
Mr. Gaines is Vice Chairman of the Board of Cryo-Cell International, Inc. (symbol: CCEL) and a Board member of Monica Ros School, an independent preK through 3rd grade school in Ojai, California. He is former Board President of Baker Demonstration School, an independent preK through 8th grade school in Wilmette, Illinois and former Board President of Wolcott School, an independent high school in Chicago.

Ms. Stanley has over 15 years of global institutional marketing and fundraising experience.
Prior to joining Harpeth Fund Advisors, Ms. Stanley spent eight years with BerchWood Partners, LLC. After five years in the New York office, Ms. Stanley relocated to San Francisco to open and operate BerchWood Partner’s west coast office where she focused on west coast and Asian investor coverage as well as managing fund engagements.
Prior to BerchWood Partners, Ms. Stanley was a Sales Analyst for Echo Design Group in New York and worked on the Sales & Trading desk at George K. Baum & Company in Denver.
Ms. Stanley serves on the board of MidSouth Alternative Investment Association.

Mr. Woodworth has over 30 years of corporate finance and global institutional marketing and fundraising experience.
Prior to joining Harpeth Fund Advisors, Mr. Woodworth co-founded BerchWood Partners, LLC, a global private equity placement firm with clients headquartered in the U.S., Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Previously, he was a partner at Brittany Capital Group and a partner at Lens, a shareholder activist fund. Prior to joining Lens, he co-founded North Bridge Capital, a financial advisor and placement agent for private companies seeking early stage venture financing as well as management groups seeking acquisition financing. Mr. Woodworth’s experience also includes working at Intercontinental Capital Associates, a New York and San Francisco based boutique investment banking firm, and Goldman Sachs & Co. where he worked as an institutional sales professional.
Mr. Woodworth is a Director on the Board of GlacierWorks, a non-profit organization that vividly illustrates the changes to Himalayan glaciers through art, science, and adventure.
Mr. Woodworth received a BA in American History from Harvard College. He holds the Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations.

Mr. Decker joined Harpeth Capital in 2008 from Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:GFSI) where he served as a Vice President of Sales and Operations in the commercial lending group. Prior to joining Goldleaf, Mr. Decker was an Associate in the capital markets and corporate banking groups at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, serving both public and private companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Mr. Decker held various accounting and corporate finance positions with The Dana Corporation (NYSE:DAN) and International Paper Company (NYSE:IP).
Mr. Decker holds a BS in Finance and Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
