Carter-Haston Investment Partners II, L.P. Has Final Close at $31.05 Million
Harpeth Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that it served as financial advisor to Carter-Haston Holdings, LLC in connection with a final closing of Carter-Haston Investment Partners II, L.P. (“CHIP’s II). CHIP’s II held a first close in January 2012 and continued to fundraise through July. Placement was made only by and pursuant to a Private Placement Memorandum.
Thus far, CHIP’s II has made five acquisitions of properties in Tennessee and South Carolina representing over 1,800 units.
Carter-Haston Investment Partners II, L.P. is a Tennessee limited partnership organized to invest primarily in existing Class A, B and C apartment communities located in the Southeast, Southwest and Midwest United States currently under distressed ownership or presenting unique upside opportunities.
