Harpeth Capital Advises on Financing of City Winery Atlanta

Harpeth Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that it served as financial advisor to New York City-based City Winery, LLC in connection with the financing of City Winery Atlanta.  The new location will be part of Ponce City Market, a 2.1 million square foot development anchored by a former Sears, Roebuck & Co. distribution center that holds the distinction as the largest brick building in the Southeastern United States.

NYC/Atlanta-based Jamestown, which also developed such properties as Chelsea Market in New York and 799 Market Street in San Francisco, actively pursued City Winery to bring the high-end venue combining “our passion in sharing wine, music and the culinary arts” to Atlanta.
